Women’s Choice Network offers almost 50 years of combined experience with thousands of women in the greater Pittsburgh area since 1985.  Formerly the Crossroads Pregnancy Services and Pregnancy Care Centers, Women’s Choice Network Centers are located in Oakland, Monroeville, Wexford, and Wilkinsburg. We provide Pregnancy Testing, Limited Obstetrical Ultrasound, Nurse Consultations, and practical help and support.
